Jonathan Bolivar has been working with glass since 2013, where he began at Tulsa Glassblowing School. He has since worked as an assistant, gaffer and teacher in Kansas City, Missouri, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Tacoma, Washington. During these years he improved his skillet, both as a maker and a teacher. As of today, Jonathan has had the privilege to work alongside every expert glassblower he draws influence from. Currently Jonathan resides with his wife and children in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also serves as an Outreach Coordinator at the Tulsa Glassblowing School, aiming increase the exposure to this trade and medium among Tulsa’s youth.
